i take it the trigger wheel and pick-up is still on the car... if it is, you can set up the entire megajolt/edis side of things independant of the engine on a test board, and make sure everything works as it should before fitting it. you'll be using the car just to spin the trigger wheel! i did this...

i'll see what i can sort out, but just remember each individual coil feeds to 2 plugs, and on a v8 they (typically) feed one on each bank. the plug pairs can be switched about on the coil and it makes no difference to the operation, but makes the wiring a whole lot easier... for example a ignition o...

once you've worked out the map/uploaded it to the mjlj, it has to be fixed (or 'flashed') into the mjlj memory. at the top of the screen there's 3 buttons, read, write, flash... now, if the dyno hadn't done this after working out the map then it won't be fixed into the mjlj, hence all the blank spac...

disconnect the mjlj, and start the car up with a timing light on the crank, it should be rock solid 10 degrees, blip the throttle, and it should stick bang on 10 degrees. connect the mjlj back up again, do the same thing, and the timing light should move, matching the mjlj map. is the mjlj talking t...

i have tps on my car (in fact i have fitted 2 cars with tps, and one with manifold pressure sensing) connect the tps sensor to the carburettor/ pedal/wherever and wire it to the mjlj. once this is done, and the mjlj connected to your computer and everything switched on, first thing to do is tell the...
