Hello, On the RCP unit, you have : * 6/7 analog inputs: steering angle, throttle position, brake pressure, oil temp, oil pressure, and water temp * 1/3 frequency inputs: wheel speed * 3 digital inputs * 2 extension ports (RS232) You will need to build some interface to get the data from your sensors...

I think it is plan to raise the script frequency to a custom value in a future firmware update (http://www.autosportlabs.net/RaceCapture/Pro_Feature_List). Also, reading the data each second will not be a problem (and it might be enough for the tires). There is a function to read the data from a ser...

RCP has 2 serial ports. These sensors (Melexis MLX90614) outputs either I2C or PWM. So you would need to integrate a microcontroller to make the conversion and send it back to RCP. On the RCP side, you will also need to write a code to record these channels. The other solution is to use the system t...

I think it is the LS2303 from locosys. You have additional information on their website : http://www.locosystech.com/product.php?id=21 A datasheet is also available here : http://www.nextboat.it/menu/it/accessori/GPS/locosys/LS2303x_datasheet_v1.2.pdf Does anyone knows a 20Hz GPS solution with rs232 ?

Thank you for the hint. I indeed have mounted my unit directly on the tail (metal against metal). Hence a lot of vibration may be transmitted and my data completely unusable. I will try to add some isolation between the unit and the tail. Is there no plan to implement filtering function on those val...

Log write errors
I have problems with my logs : most of them are corrupted (few lines per log). Do you know how to solve this? Is it a firmware bug? I attached one of my faulty log : rc_2.log with errors (lines 17158, 17159, 17160, 17161, 17162, 17163, 17164, 17166, 17167, 17168, 17203, 17581, 17582). Sometimes, end...

I think you can safely delete the line that contain "0" value for GPS data. But don't delete the lines where there is no GPS data as this might be wanted (ex: shock travel acquired @ 100Hz) I already flash my unit to the latest firmware. I will try with an other SD card to solve my wrong char...
