Ok, I think I found my issue. Under access point mode config, somehow my Channel was set to 255 and encryption was set to unknown. Those aren't even options so I completely missed it. That fixed it, it installs and open correctly now on my Windows 7 PC.

It's on my end, but both my Galaxy S6 and Samsung Tab 3 will connect to the RC unit but then disconnect once they do not see an internet connection. Any tips?
