Please Please Please can the file names have a date stamp. Real pain going back to SD card and trying to make sense of hundreds of plain named files. Original request was 2013 so about due. Thought I'd look at GPS date in log - Nothing there. Thought I'd add the GPS date as a channel - No Lua input ...

I don't have PASM and am getting useful Brake pressure readings. I didn't think it had much lag either though it does have a bit. It's good enough to show me I need to work on brake sensitivity. Though scaling might be off, <100psi max seems a bit low for braking system.

I did use the official diagram but since the BBQ table incident I check three times. Just before I powered on I wanted a another quick check and it was the first image that came up. Made me wonder if I confused Male and female diagrams again.

Lua Newbie

Found there was a bit of a learning curve for the RC Lua Scripting. Very annoying to debug but it's very flexible and worthwhile. Really like that the ShiftX2 Leds are individually controllable. Brentp, I didn't want to hard code the rpm as I wanted it adjustable. Maybe fixed shift lights is all I n...

Multicolour Shiftx2 bar memory errors

The startup works for this but soon has memory errors. Are these from the multiple calls to sxSetLed or Virtual channels. The script is only 4kB. So what do I need to do to get it to run? println("---Shift Light Twin Alert---") sxCan=0 sxId=0 tickRate=30 sxBright=0 --0=auto...

Big thankyou to you guys for sorting the CAN for the 987.1. I thought getting the steering would be good but you've also got the brake pressure giving me plenty to look at.

IMHO for anything critical, like oil, avoid adaptors and spend the extra to get a sensor that fits. Adaptor doubles the points of failure. If you have to have one don't skimp and do it right. Being black flagged by an observant marshal saved my car, adaptor had started leaking oil onto exhaust.

Understanding behaviour of Linear Bar

I'm having trouble understanding the behaviour of the linear bar and how to set it up. What I was hoping for is a classic simple shift light to build on: No led till 4000 rpm 1 then 2 then 3 green leds till 5200 rpm 3 green + 1 then 2 yellow leds till 6000 3 green, 2 yellow then 1 + 2 reds till 6800...

Wiring Error on Product Brief Picture

On the initial Product Brief Page the wiring to back of RCmk3 is back to front. Red/Black 12V and earth are at wrong end of Molex Plug.

As your looking at building standard GUI for Shift2 can I suggest a more flexible Gauge and Led warning range setup. Rather than limiting to consecutive colour ranges allow over lapped ranges with priority using same setup input. You can have same setup screen for different purposed for all gauges a...
