I have RaceCapture App installed on my AVIN Avant-3 HU and I have not added it to the auto-start list or anything but every now and then it auto-starts and then once it does it forces itself to be the only open app. This is extremely annoying when I am trying to watch my GPS directions or change mus...

Any update on this? Was there a solution? Did ASL help you fix it or provide a replacement?

I need to do this firmware update soon and then wire in the USB...

I have an E46 M3 and also get nothing for the E46 preset brake, clutch or cruise switch reads I know my car won't have brake pressure over CAN but it should have the brake switch... I also had to change the TPS and RPM from 10Hz (pre-configured) to 25Hz to get them to work properly I tried flicking ...

I tested it and it seems to work but I will compare against my IBUS readout some more and feedback.

Yep 25Hz on the RPM channel fixed that issue as well

Has anyone confirmed that this is working? (ie just multiplying the Fuel Level channel by 2 to correct it?)

I just played around with it and set the TPS to a refresh rate of 25Hz up from the standard CAN map of 10Hz and that seemed to clear up the TPS flickering... haven't turned the car on to check the RPM yet but will report back so there is a win of sorts...

Interested to see the outcome of this as i was just about to upgrade so that I could finally hardwire the RCT Mk2 to my Avant-3 HU instead of relying on BT which is super unreliable on the AVIN HU... thats a HU problem not a ASL problem just to be clear haha Hope its not bricked mate, thats pretty d...

Anyone? I really need to get this sorted before I hit the track next month as the data is useless to me at the moment with this flickering... I am relying on a BT dongle and Torque Pro still...

Here is the video of the issue: https://photos.app.goo.gl/imk1sK5UnsnKzh6J9 I should have moved the steering wheel to show it comes through steady with no latency but you can kinda see with the Battery voltage... whereas you can clearly see the RPM flicking in and out... the TPS does the exact same....
