Re: Megajolt/E Mk2
Sorry to hear you broke the USB connector; If you still have it, it can be fixed by a electronics technician with experience in SMT rework. Should be fixable, and then you can pull the maps off of it. For TPS -> map interpretation, you'll want to think of 100% TPS = 100 KPa MAP (Which is equivalent ...

Re: Lua script crashes through Raspberry Pi app
Does this happen if you save the RCP from windows, then load it via the RPi, then flashing immediately after that (without going to the scripting window)?

Re: Raspberry Pi 2.2.1 app freezes
Some ideas: * Look at the RaceCapture application log around the time it fails * Check the RaceCapture/Pro for any red LED errors on the front panel when it happens. * Try a factory reset and default firmware configuration, as a comparison - this may help isolate issues * Check the voltage being fed...

Re: Accel/Gyro failure
Hi,
In the RaceCapture app try doing a factory reset (save your configuration first). Access that under Setup / Firmware. Immediately after that, go to the RaceCapture dashboard and observe the IMU (G-force / Gyro).
Let us know how that works; if not, we can advise on other options.

Re: I have only 1 can preset available???
Hi,
You will find all of the CAN presets by going to Setup / CAN Mapping tab, and press the Presets button. There you will see the full list of CAN mapping presets.
Thanks, let us know if we can help with anything else.

Re: Megajolt and KS3 PHORMULA KNOCK SENSOR
Yes, the auxiliary input could be used to modify the ignition advance - see the operation guide in the wiki for details on how that works.
You can emulate the knock sensor by manipulating the input using a variable voltage (potentiometer) and observe how the ignition advance is modified on the fly.

Re: EDIS4 stand alone
I don't think anyone has explored this topic. As I understand, it simply operates as if it was receiving a static 10 degrees BTDC command - and doesn't assume anything else.
You could test it and let us know if you observe anything different!

Just get the Amazon Fire 8 HD or the Fire 10 HD. Choose the 10 if you want more screen real-estate.

Re: RaceCapture MK2 wont connect
Thanks for clarifying. As an experiment, can you try pairing and connecting with a different Android device, such as a Fire tablet, or phone? Make sure the RC app is not running on that original device while you do this test. Also, from the USB connection on your desktop, you can also perform a fact...
