I'm switching to a Bosch oil temperature sensor. The datasheet gives calibration information in ohms:

just a follow up, the v2.9.1 firmware has been released, if you haven't seen it yet. Give it a test and let us know how it works w/r/t SD card stability!

Here's a capture at 5MHz instead of 625KHz. There's clearly quite a bit of noise around zero, but all seems to be below 1V. Given that the setup is working, I guess the RCP2 is filtering it out?
