Shipping Charges.

Are these correct? I'm looking at buying a Hard Cut rev limiter board. $25.95. ( Works out at about £15.45 ) Postage. A whopping $43.50. That's getting on for twice the price of the board! I'm sure that the last time I purchased from the site, the postal charges were FAR more reasonable. Is this a g...

It's Ok.
I think I'm confusing the situation here somewhat by talking about two seperate things. :?

Erm.. I thought the only change needed was cutting the track at R8? (From memory.. Haven't checked..) This was where I was going to wire in the switch. I had looked at the possability of the TPS input. But my Megajolt uses MAP. I do have a second MJ unit that currently has TPS, but I intend on conve...

Yes, I understand. Basically, I'd need to change the calibration information every time I changed the switch. It was more a 'can it be done' than 'is it practical'. :) I'd certainly like to try both water temp and Lambda readings on the MJ JR V4 unit. Atleast I can try both, and see if one works bet...

Aux input on a switch. Mj lt V4.

Quick question. I'm running a Megajolt V4 on a Zetec running a carb. I have an engine temp gauge and a Lamda sensor. The Lamda outputs 0-5v, so obviously I can't just switch from one to the other without disabling the resistor on the board. My question.. Would there be any issues with installing a s...

Yes, it does actually work quite well on the standard map. I've actually had a read of an ignition book and modified the base map using some information within that. I've just not had a chance to try it yet. Can anyone point me in the direction of making my own map? Information regarding how load an...

I have an XR2.
Running a Zetec on MJ.
Also having problems with the rev counter.
Mine is a later XR2 though that had the Lucas ignition system fitted.

I will try the way you have done it and report back my findings.

I don't suspose anyone has any information on getting a rev counter working on a Mk2 Fiesta? My gauge used to work on the old CVH I had in. I've been told that the Megajolt feed doesn't work on these, so I got the Zeners and tried it that way. This works very intermittintly. Now either, my gauge is ...

Looking for a map for a Zetec on a single carb.

As title.
I'm after a V4 map for a 1.8 Zetec running a 34 DMTR carburettor.
Or something similar.

I think the pictures of the wiring with the EDIS show the connections for the socket as looking at the pins. Rather than the module itself, looking at the pins.

Slightly confusing, but the pin numbers are correct I think..
I hope!

That's not thick enough is it? (Not a high enough AWG rating.)
The single core stuff works out more expensive than TriggerWheels. :(

I still need the code though as I can't get to Maplin's. So the missus gets what I need. But she needs the code to hand over to the pleb behind the counter.
