Re: Getting Data off RaceCapture/Track
Hi, with the Raspberry Pi, you should try to upgrade to the latest firmware; we have a fix where USB data can sometimes have corruption. https://www.autosportlabs.com/racecapture-podiumconnect-firmware-2-19-1/ For iFunBox, are you seeing a case where you can't export data at all (you don't have acce...

Re: Default Ignition MAP
Hi, please post in one of the other channels here for tuning advice - we don't specifically offer advise for different engine as we may not have experience in that engine; others here with the same engine can provide help. Alternatively, a tuning shop will help you set up your ignition map (it is a ...

Re: Megajolt To Sniper
You have a number of different options sourced from either the EDIS module or the Megajolt unit. Check the Megajolt installation guide on our wiki to see what kind of outputs are possible.

Re: Bluetooth Error Initialising
Hi,
Your best bet is to try to perform a factory reset with the firmware and then check it again.

Re: Virtual Channels in Analysis dashboard
Hi, you will be able to see the virtual channel data *after* you record a session that has the virtual channel configured. Example: * Set up a virtual channel; observe it on the dashboard * Perform a logging session (e.g. race some laps) * Session is saved / completed when the logging session is com...

Re: Beta Video Analysis
You could try using a hand signal in front of the camera when it start logging, and then trim the video accordingly. If you're using the RaceCapture/Pro, you can also activate an LED on the dashboard using one of the GPIO outputs.

Hi Tim,
Not sure what an "MK3" is - can you clarify?
Also, the RaceCapture app already runs on Windows (in addition to OSX and Linux)

Re: Getting Data off RaceCapture/Track
Hi, for best results streaming live telemetry using an iPhone, you'll want to use a common hotspot in the car, where both RCT and the iPhone (or iPad) can connect to it, and then broadcast telemetry via that connection. Yes, you'll need to have the app running in the foreground for it to work correc...

Re: RCP App running on WIndows 8.1
Hi, since it also stopped working with the 2.4.0 app, it appears something else changed with your Windows system that prevented the older version from running. You might try to update to the latest video drivers to see if that helps. Ultimately, Windows 8 is obsolete and we cannot support getting it...
