ah, you must have the pressed pulley rather than the cast one. Could you not swap the pulley for the meatier cast one as above?

pinto install is easy using a 36-1 from a Sierra CVH and an alloy bracket for the VR sensor. I was running it before I went MJLJ, so where it says coil LT -ve, wire to MJLJ tach output.

I don't think you can get the bootloader onto a blank chip using the MJLJ hardware. I'm sure you need a seperate programmer.
