4.02 and 4.01 won't start. 4.0 does why?

Post by T-NUZ »

Hello,

I have assembled my kit. seems to be ok.
I downloaded the config software and versions 4.02 and 4.01 will not run.
I get a windows crash error and they exit.
But version 4.0 runs.

Any ideas?

Hi T-Nuz,

Actually, the software shouldn't crash regardless of the firmware of the unit.

A few questions:

What kind of error message do you get when you try to run the 4.0.2 software?
Does it still crash if you install it on a different PC?
What version of Windows are you using?

Hi,

It was on windows XP Pro. i say Was. strangely it started the first time today.
I had turned off the pc for the night and the next morning it started right away.

Now i have to get the communications problem with the mjljr fixed. will search the
forum first.

Thanks for the reply's
