I have received my hard rev limiter board today and seem to have all components except a transistor but there is no number printed on the board so I cannot tell you the component number, but by the looks of it there is only one transistor.

Does anyone know what transistor it is so I can go and source one?

If it helps its directly above the TRIG pin.

Don't worry about the missing component. The board is set up to use two different types of transistor, one easy for DIY soldering, one for easy automated machine production. If you bought your board ready made then it will have the Q1 location populated and the other location (the one with C B and E labels) empty which is just fine.
