Feature Request: RPM Channel Pulse Width Measurement

Post by BigLobsterDude »

It appears that the RaceCapture MK3 RPM channels are currently only capable of essentially returning frequency (or its math inverse the period of a recurring signal).

It would be helpful if one could measure pulse width or duty cycle (e.g. duration from edge rise to edge fall) for cases where signals use pulse width modulation.

Certain MAF sensors and BMW E36 DME (aka ECU) signals work this way.

Thanks,

John

Thank you for the suggestion; we'll add it to the list as a possible future capability.
