location choice for Edis ?

Post by Not Anumber »

I am new so I'll appologies if this has been asked many times before. I am finally getting round to installing the MJLJv3 on my kit car and am running the cables.

Should I install the Edis4 module on the bulkhead in the engine compartment or would it be safer behind the dash in the passenger compartment next to the MJLJ ?

For best longevity is it better to give the Edis protection from the elements or better to give it airflow for cooling ?

Hi,

Bulkhead is perfectly fine - the EDIS module is sealed from the elements. Megajolt should be installed in a protected location (relatively speaking, if it's an open style kit car :) )
