The RCP for our electric car (Greenpower series) arrived yesterday. I've been testing it today, and it's already doing most of what we want it to do. It's a brilliant bit of kit.
I am having a little problem with the Race Analyser software.
In Analysis mode, can the precision and range of the displayed data be altered? When I open an event, the battery voltage shows a maximum of 25V, and I will need it to display closer to 30 (a 24v heated battery system will be over 26-27 volts). I assume that the RCP will record higher than 25V, and its the graph that is range limited. I have been doing my testing using the RCP connected by USB to a laptop, so I haven't tried higher voltages yet. I'd also like to display the lat/long, but they are truncated to integers.
Also, the GPS graph is working well, and I can zoom in and out. However, I don't seem to be able to pan up/down or sideways. As I'm testing on a circular course, it zooms in on the empty space in the middle.
Cheers
John
