How to Parse Logged Files?

Post by shahs »

My name is Shivani Shah and I am a member of the Michigan Baja Racing Team. At our competitions we ran the RaceCapture/Pro 2. The SD card logged data but I am having trouble post processing it. I have attached the text files of the logged data and when I import it into Race Analyzer, I get an error that says "No channels detected! Did you select a valid log file?". A screenshot of the error is also attached. If anyone has an example of a text file that does work in Race Analyzer, it would be amazing if you could send that to me!

Thanks,
Shivani

The old Race Analyzer program only works with data logged by V1.x firmware. With the new V2.x firmware, Race Analyzer has been abandoned. And there were troubles with how V1.x firmware did logging, which were fixed in V2.x

There are some other programs that can import the data (I use Excel for quick looks and charts) - take a look here
