Bluetooth Error Initialising

Hi There
I have just upgraded my RC Track Mk2 to the latest firmware 2.19, and have somehow lost the ability to connect via bluetooth. Ive updated RC software on all devices including Lap top (Ver 2.4), and even tried uploaded a previously saved config files prior to refreshing both 2.19 and older 2.184 firmware but keep getting "bluetooth Error Initialising" under the system status page. My devices (IOS & Android) can still conect via WiFi but I cant connect my Android tablets via Bluetooth which is what I used to live stream to Podium. Any ideas as to what I can try?
