Megajolt and piggy back

Hello All,

Can I control the Megajolt Lite Jr. with a ignition signal from a piggy back computer? I have a Perfect Power SMT6 on my car and it has the ability to run a wasted spark type ignition in stand alone mode. I know this is kinda vague but any info would be helpful.
