Crimping tool...

Post by Mini1293 »

I need to crimp the terminals on for the MJLJR Plug, but i dont think my normal ratchet crimper is right for it...

Any ideas?

I think I would prefer a good soldered joint and closing up the crimps with some long nosed pliers to (just using) any of the crimpers shown in this thread.

The only acceptable crimping tool would be the proper Molex one IMHO...you're not going to get a gas tight seal between the strands of the cable and the inside of the pin with a non-ratchet manual crimper from the local pound shop :P
