You can buy insulating tape everywhere, but where can I get the non-sticky stuff?

Do you mean the pressure sensitive vinyl type?

Somewhat a speciality item- It's not for sale in many places.

You might get the same effect with the non-adhesive "self-fusing" silicone tape:

It's pretty cool stuff- good to have a roll or two in the toolbox.

Do you REALLY want to use that stuff? It's fine if you never want to make changes to the wiring, otherwise it's a total PITA.

I would recommend split convoluted tubing - very neat, if done properly, and very easy to fix or adjust the wiring if you need to.

Just my 2p's worth!
