Sorry if this is a ztupid question - I am now installing a megajolt on my zetec using the original crank sensor on the flywheel - do i need to enter anywhere how far the sensor is mounted btdc?? if s any one know the value? sorry if this is a stupid question.

From the factory the zetec sensor is at 90deg BTDC, just where the EDIS-4 module expects it so you don't have to enter anything.
