The new configurator seems to have the logic reversed of the Output Modes on the Configurable outputs.
The following file is shown as having Output Modes of LOW in Configurator 3.0.0b2, but Output Modes of High in the previous configurator...and the difference is reflected in the MJLJ when programmed
...I don't think I'm doing anything stupid (this time!)
