Tirex zones won't show up correctly

I've used the online template and standard assignments for all of the zones of the the tirex kit. only The first four zones are reporting a number, the remainder are showing up as zero.

Also, every time I power cycle the unit, everything shows up as zero, after I cycle the can bus termination button The first four zones will begin reading correctly, and it doesn't seem to matter if I leave it terminated or not, including different baud rates. The unit simply will not show any temperatures after a power cycle unless I change a setting.

Hi,

TireX defaults to 4 zones output. In the CAN mapping it seems like you have selected more zones than that, and that is why you are only seeing the 4 zones.

To change the zones you need to send a CAN configuration message to each device to change the zones. The CAN protocol is described here:

The sample rate is also configurable using the same mechanism.
