Using CodeWarrior or P & E

I've tried Codewarrior without any success. The "new project" process doesn't ever get to the point where I get to choose the target processor. Does anyone know where I can get a working project from.

I've also tried the P & E assembler, but I still need the MC68HC908KX8.equ file. Does anyone know where I can get that from?
