Megajolt + EDIS with 4age ECU

can i use the ford EDIS and Megajolt with the OEM 4age ECU?
or do i have to use megasquirt? i have everything hooked up
but getting no spark. i dont have the tack output on the EDIS or Megajolt hooked up to anything. do i need this hooked up to run.can someone help. Thanks, Scott

Yes. For example, I'm using Megajolt and ECC-IV. You have hoocked up megajolt improperly, that's why you can't start.

Stock ford hook up: ECU takes SAW signal from EDIS and gives EDIS a PIP signal.

What you did: You cut SAW signal to ECU and feed it to megajolt.

What you need to do: Provide SAW signal to both ECU and megajolt.

so i need to use the ECC-IV modual with megajolt for this set up??
the megajolt with EDIS wiring diagram shows nothing of the ECC-IV modual. do you have a wiring diagram for this. thanks for the help, Scott

No. Use your current ECU, just provide a SAW signal to it.
