Small point -although international std atmosphere is 1013.25 mb it can range easily between 950 and 1050 mb depending on weather conditions without any boost. Thus it may be worth reflecting this in the display limits etc of the gauges for normally aspirated engine configuration.

There are applications where low manifold pressure will co-incide with high rpm so I think it is worth keeping this flexibility.
