OK, just done it. I'll post it back here.

Instructions: once you've got your figures sorted in the "calc" tab (which is unmodified) go to the other tab (MJLJ config). Without changing the formulae in the cells, select A1:A12 and copy (CTRL-C or EDIT - COPY)

Then, if you are modifying an existing MJLJ file, open it in a text editor (Notepad is fine) and paste over the first 12 lines (select them and then press CTRL-V or EDIT - PASTE). Then you can open the file in MegaJolt Configurator.

For a new file, just open a blank text document, paste the data and save it with the extension "mjlj". Open this in MegaJolt Configurator and it should load. Once you modify any values, the program will automatically fill in the rest of the data file for you

I'm going to ask a dumb question but how do I need to read de the factory inHG to advace table?

the table itself looks like
Code:

----------------------
| inHG | advance     |
----------------------
| 2.0   | 0          |
| 4.0   | 0 to 1,0   |
| 5.0   | 0 to 3,0   |
| 6.0   | 2,1 to 5,1 |
| 7.0   | 3,7 to 6,7 |
| 8.0   | 4,8 to 7,8 |
| 9.0   | 5,7 to 8,7 |
| 10.0  | 6,0 to 9,0 |
----------------------

using the converter in the sheet will give me these value's

Code:

------------------------------
| inHG / Abs:(MJLJ)| advance |
------------------------------
| 2.0 / 95  | 0              |
| 4.0 / 88  | 0 to 1,0       |
| 5.0 / 85  | 0 to 3,0       |
| 6.0 / 82  | 2,1 to 5,1     |
| 7.0 / 78  | 3,7 to 6,7     |
| 8.0 / 75  | 4,8 to 7,8     |
| 9.0 / 72  | 5,7 to 8,7     |
| 10.0 / 68 | 6,0 to 9,0     |
------------------------------

I assume I need to flip the table over and start with 68 and end with 95 in the sheet. But then I come to the point that when the car idles around 1000 rpm it has a load from aprox 50Kpa (according to the mjlj datalogger). The car has a static advance of 8 degrees, at 1000 rpm the mechanical advance is 3,5 to 5,5 degrees and at a load of 50Kpa (15 inHG) 6 to 9 degrees. All added Megajolt will advance at least 8 + 4 + 6 = 18 degrees. Thats 10 to much.
I must be doing something wrong.

Do you know what kind of vacuum advance port your car originally used?

If it was ported (from the carb rather than from the inlet manifold), there wouldn't have been any vacuum advance at idle, so it would have only seen static + mechanical advance. You can adjust the table so that at idle speeds there is no vacuum advance added, i.e at up to 1000 rpm just use the values from 0inHG, along the vacuum range.
