Shipping Charges.

Post by parky1972 »

Are these correct?

I'm looking at buying a Hard Cut rev limiter board.
$25.95.
( Works out at about £15.45 )

Postage.
A whopping $43.50.
That's getting on for twice the price of the board!

I'm sure that the last time I purchased from the site, the postal charges were FAR more reasonable.
Is this a glitch ( as twice I had the site come up with a TAX charge I wouldn't pay as I'm a UK resident ) or have the prices for postage shot up for some reason?

Thanks.

Jason.

Yes, it is a glitch as the new shopping cart system does not handle flat rate envelopes, which would take the cost down to about $22 USD to the UK.

We're looking in to adding that capability (it's somehow more complicated than it looks) - but if you make the purchase and then put a note in the order, we can refund the difference.

Thanks for notifying us, and your patience while we work through our software changes!

Since you're in the UK you may find it cheaper and simpler to order from us at trigger-wheels.com as we carry the stock and being based in the UK shipping should be a lot cheaper and there is no import fees to worry about
