Hi,
it depends. The MK1 has about 16 KOhm of input impedance - so by tapping into your sensor may or may not affect the gauge's reading.
You can find out by watching the gauge before and after you connect the wire leading to RCP.
Another thing to check is the voltage range for the sensor. it should have a 0 - 5v range. So - I would check and confirm the voltage range of the sensors your working with.
