"g" Global byte reading via software.

Post by parky1972 »

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I'm building a display that pulls data from a megajolt unit.
Reading global seems to only pull 63 bytes.
The API manual says 64 in one place and 65 in another.
Which should it be?

It currently works on 63 bytes.

One other question.
Can I sell hardware and software designed and built by me that plugs into the megajolt user port and uses the megajolt AP to pull data from the megajoltI?

The unit is likely to be sold ( if I get that far with it ) in very low volume numbers.

In other words.
Do I need to speak to you in regards of licencing?

Thanks.

Jason.

Hi Jason,

It may be indeed 63 bytes, but we'd have to double check it.

Regarding your other inquiry feel free to ping us at [email protected]. Sorry we missed this!
