AT&T Telemetry Issues

Got a SIM card and installed. Cellular states: Status : 3, Signal: 99, Phone #: <nothing>, Network Status: Denied.

Called AT&T and was in the phone for an hour and they could never reach the device. FW: 2.90, Nexus 7 w/latest app. Card is activated. Please help.

Hi Jim,

Please go through the troubleshooting guide here:

And report back what you've found, especially any log issues.

Also, let us know the following:
hardware version (MK1 / MK2)
cellular module type (2.5G or 3.5G)
Firmware version
App version

Also, verify that your configuration has AT&T set as the provider. If you can, save your configuration to a file and upload it here so we can take a look, thanks!

Hi Jim,

I would start by updating your firmware to the latest 2.9.2.

We'll watch for the debug log information from the troubleshooting section after you're done with that.
