Time taken for the Auto-resetting fuse in 5V reference line in RaceCapture Pro MK2

We are having a RaceCapture pro mk2, when powered on and the 5V reference line is probed, we are getting about 0.6-0.7V, we are assuming it to be floating because of the presence of auto-resetting fuse in its path, which could have been triggered and the path might be open. If anyone knows how long it will take for the fuse to reset, please let me know.

This output provides a 5V reference to be used with the Analog Inputs. Up to 1A is provided to supply power to active sensors, pull-up resistors and other purposes. This reference output is protected against short-circuits with an auto-resetting fuse. If the fuse is active, a low or zero voltage reading may be observed on this port. To verify an over-current situation, test the voltage on the port without any load connected. "

Hi, it should only take 10-30 seconds for any PTC fuse to cool down and reset.

If that has not happened, then the 5v reference section has been damaged. A work-around would be to get an external 12v -> 5v power supply and use that instead for the reference.
