Inputting the 0-5v signal from an AEM AF controller
Author Message Inputting the 0-5v signal from an AEM AF controller
I picked up a AEM 30-4110 UEGO wide-band controller and gauge. It's pretty trick. It also outputs a 0-5v signal, so I figured it will give the signal to input data into my Megajolt for data logging. I cut the little R5 trace. So where do I go from here? In my AEM instructions there is a page with a data table with analog data. It gives 02 volts in left column, Lambda in the next, Gasoline AFR next to that. Example 0.00 v = 0.683 = 10.00; 0.16=0.705=10.32; 0.31=0.725=10.62, etc. Thirty three lines of values roughly 0.16v apart, ending in 4.99v=1.365=19.98.

So what exactly are the steps to do this? I'm not really a computer person.

Any help appreciated! Re: Inputting the 0-5v signal from an AEM AF controller

in the first cell put 0.00V and 10, in the next 4 cells (because its linear) put 4.25V and 18. Test it and make sure the readings are the same as what your gauge is reading.
