Convert TPS to MAP

Hi, i am looking to convert my TPS to MAP.
i already have the Freescale MPX4250AP pressure sensor and looking ot order the 270 ohm resister and 2 x 0.1uF 1206 surface mount ceramic capacitor.

could someone please confirm the info below:

Capacitor info:
voltage rating (50v / 100v etc)

Resister info:
voltage rating (50v / 200v etc)
power rating (125 mW / 250 mW)
